Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available exclusively for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. If you require shipping outside of this region, additional charges may apply. Please review the following details regarding shipping policies for different locations.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. protectorates, a shipping surcharge will apply. The exact surcharge amount can be found in the listing’s shipping information section. Please note that free shipping is not available for these destinations.

All U.S. orders placed with a PO Box address will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance coverage.

All U.S. orders placed with a physical address will qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground Service unless an alternative shipping method is selected at checkout. If a different shipping method is chosen, additional charges will apply.

Warranty

30-Day Return Policy & Refund Process

We are committed to providing a hassle-free return experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and will be processed within four to eight business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will cover the value of the returned merchandise but will not include the original shipping cost. If the item was purchased with free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from the refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included documentation. Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return & Exchanges Warranty

Standard Return Policy

Merchandise purchased from D' 1 Stop Shop L.A. may be returned for a refund or replacement, provided that all return procedures and requirements are met. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. The RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days of the purchase date and will remain valid for five calendar days after issuance. The serial number of the returned product will be verified to ensure that the same unit originally sent is being returned.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Store credit is not applied to new purchases. However, if we see that you have placed a new order for an item of equal or greater value, the 15 percent processing fee will be waived.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a 15 percent processing fee will apply. This fee is only assessed if you choose to return the defective merchandise for a refund rather than allowing us to replace it.

Damaged Merchandise

All packages are inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within three calendar days of receipt to file a damage claim. Damaged items will be replaced with the same model. If you choose to return the damaged item for a refund rather than a replacement, a 15 percent processing fee will apply.

Return Shipping

If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at no additional cost; however, we do not cover the return shipping cost.
