If your camera is eligible for lens-only replacement but you cannot replace the lens in the recommended environment, or you encounter any issues after replacement, contact Insta360 Customer Service. You can send both the camera and the Replacement Lens Kit in for repair, and we will replace the lens without charging a labor fee. If the replacement lens is not included, an additional fee for the lens will apply.
