Pioneer DEH-S4220BT Single-Din Bluetooth CD Receiver with USB/AUX Inputs, Pioneer Smart Sync, and Hands-Free Calling for Enhanced in-Car Audio Experience

The DEH-S4220BT is designed to accommodate the Smartphone lifestyle. It has a built-in hands-free Bluetooth® receiver. When using Pioneer Smart Sync with Amazon Alexa it opens a new world for this CD receiver. Using this application, you can broaden your access may it be wired or wireless. The receiver is equipped with two RCA pre-outs at 4V each, with a built-in amplifier. It has a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer and when utilizing Pioneer Smart Sync increases to 31 bands. Features include Pioneer Smart Sync App with Amazon Alexa, wired Android™ Auto and Apple CarPlay®, Pandora®, and Spotify® via Bluetooth®, and has USB direct control for iPhone®.

Pioneer Smart Sync is a highly evolved app, available for both iOS and Android OS, that utilizes the power of a connected smartphone to expand the features and user interface of compatible Pioneer in-dash receivers. With support for either a Bluetooth® or USB connection, the link between your smartphone and the in-dash receiver can be either wired or wireless. Through Pioneer Smart Sync, you can access many popular smartphone apps for maps, messages, music and more. Pioneer Smart Sync now features Amazon Alexa Built-in. Siri listens through the receiver’s external microphone and answers your questions and requests over the vehicle's speakers, helping you keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel.

Smartphone Control

Access music on your smartphone directly from the Pioneer receiver. Search for Artist, Albums and Songs using Pioneer's intuitive interface. With Pioneer receivers you can also access and control select music and radio apps on your smartphone.

Spotify® No Screen

Spotify gives you all the music you'll ever need. Find the songs you love instantly, or let Spotify play you something great. With support for Spotify, just connect your compatible smartphone to a Pioneer Car Stereo Receiver to fill your ride with everything from classic tracks to the latest hits. Time alignment-no microphone

This feature allows for delay time and synchronizing from each speaker to be adjusted to correct any phase mismatches in the sound resulting from the listening position. Does not include the CD-M20 microphone.

USB Auto Switch

The receiver also includes the USB Auto Switch feature so when the phone is connected via USB the listener has the option to choose whether the receiver uses the phone as a source, or just charges the device.
